I have a three year old shotgun that's been in police custody for a while now and I'll be picking it up tomorrow. I'll post some pictures when I have the chance.
Well there it is. Care to elaborate a bit about the custody issue? Never held one myself but everyone her has great things to say about their 1911's and I have an M206 38 Special that I think is a great little snuby.
My dad had it in the trunk of his car when he got busted for a DUI and they took it as evidence. I had changed my name so I never got the notice in the mail as it was a year after doing so. So that forced me to reach out for CHP and get the information as to where it was and who was holding it. It had nothing to do with me but just my gun was in the wrong place at the wrong time but it's now back in my possession resting peacefully in my closet.
Well good on ya. You mentioned the CHP so you're here in California. I live in Yorba Linda which is about 20 minutes, that is without traffic from Disneyland.....God Forsaken Place. I live in the Northeastern most city in Orange County.
So what do you think of the shotgun? My daughter's boyfriend is looking for one and I didn't realize Armscor even made one.
They discontinued it last year (I believe) but they still have the M5 just in a matte nickel finish as my gun is parkerized. I have actually NEVER fired the gun YET lol. Once I get paid I'll be stashing up 100 rifled Remington slugs and at least a hundred Winchester 00 Buckshot considering the price for both are reasonably priced and the money comes Friday but won't be doing much firearm investment until I pay my ticket and go to traffic school along with regristration renewal but the Smith & Wesson SD40VE and Glock 17 are definitely on my bucket list.
