It should. I've been working on a fix so the primer ram doesn't dimple the frame and cause the press to only flush fit primers. Time will tell I guess. Just don't have the funds to go blue at the moment.
Congrats. I really like mine. It works great.
Theres another thread on this fix. Couple good ideas. Find a small piece of metal (the heavier feeler gage possibly was used) and cut a piece large enough to rubber cement the thing to your press. I called Hornady and they sent me a free slug. It just lays there and works great. Rubber cement will hold it in place. If you have a penny, that would work. The edge of the penny might scratch the press base so you need to manage that.
On my RCBS progressive I can pull the case just before I seat the bullet and check powder load and anything else. I check each case for powder before seating the bullet. There have been one or two occasions where the powder hopper worked loose and failed to charge the case with powder.
I marked the shell holder plate to remind me to weigh the powder charge every fifth case.
When I had a Lee Loadmaster, I had problems with powder drop, bullet feeder, primer seating, and just about everything. Never had those problems with my Dillon "P word".
Congrats, I hope you like it. I've had mine several years and have no complaints. Plus, Hornady CS is outstanding if you ever have a problem or need to replace a part.
It was once written, "that a smart man will learn from his mistakes, but a wise man will learn from others."
Many of us have learned by our mistakes and are glad to help so you don't have to go through the same. If you run into a problem... ASK.
Now go have fun.
