I'm from Alabama so I an't help you there. But, I have been considering hydrographics on one of my AR's and I found a gunsmith that does it by doing a Google search for "hydrographics Huntsville, AL"
Did a search for "hydrographics arkansas" and got this. Refine your search with a city near you to get better results.
I've even though about doing the dipping myself. Just not TOTALLY sure what parts or areas to protect so that the dipping process doesn't adhere. Wouldn't want the AR type selector safety to get covered so it wouldn't work.
Mountain view Missouri has a place that does hydrographics, only about an hour and some change from the border...
