Scanning through youtube I found a video talking about why Kahr firearms are unsafe due to their trigger pull. Apparently a double action trigger, to this guy, is unsafe due to it not functioning in the way he has built in his mind that a trigger should work at all times.
Here's the video. If you want to skip past the part about how he talks of how many subscribers he has and how people trust his opinions you can skip to the 3:30 mark where he starts in on the "unsafe" Kahr trigger. If you would like to skip to the part that IMO goes into a wildly unsafe practice you can skip to the 6 minute mark.
Feel free to make fun of me as being a safety freak or worrywart, but isn't the practice he's describing as a positive for the Glock/striker trigger bringing the 2nd and 4th rule of gun safety into play at the same time without intent of immediate firing of the weapon?
Who "holds someone at bay" in a high tension environment with their trigger pulled all the way to the wall for an unknown amount of time? Am I wrong in thinking this is a bad thing to tell folks this is a doable thing with a striker fired weapon of any weapon with a discernable wall before breaking a shot?
