I just picked up a H&R break top and I’m looking for a cylinder and extractor for it. It’s a 32 caliber, however it has absolutely no markings on the outside of the barrel. Only under the grip and just above where the cylinder rotates. Any and all help is appreciated.

I require assistance with identifying a rifle based off of a few photos. Grandma was cleaning out a deceased friend's possessions and found this rifle. Serial number consists of 4 digits in the 2300-2400 range. Exact will not be given for privacy reasons. ( ^ Top of bolt handle) ( ^...

Going through my uncle's estate to catalog, and had a few of these walnut forends. This one is marked Colt, but I do not know. Had a recessed area that looks like for base metal of some sort. Any help would be appreciated as to what gun this would be for. Thanks.

Hi. We have an old rifle that has been passed on through my wife’s family from, we believe, the Ciivil War. Her ancestors fought for both sides, however, the gun in question arrived to us through her late father who grew up in rural Mississippi (born 1940s) and moved to North Carolina in the...

Greetings from Mother Russia. It seems russian experts are not educated enough to identify this shotgun properly, so I decided to ask for your help. All photos presented here: http://imgur.com/a/djyba As far as I am concerned it is made by Kettner Koln. A previous owner says that it was maid in...

OK, I bought this old pistol knowing it needed work. I have built a couple of guns, and gunsmith my own airguns (don't laugh till you've tried it), but never played around with a revolver. Any way, I picked up this gun for $30; the shipping and fees cost almost twice as much as the gun. I...

Hello, I am new to the site. I was given a musket I believe is an 1812 precision conversion. Can anyone help ID it? It has a 1812 marking on it as well as barrell markings (forgot a pic). What confuses me is that it has a shortened forearm that does to reach to the end of the barrel. The...

I've gotten my hands on an ij revolver. And don't know any info on it other than what I gather it being 32 long? 6 shot. Never shot it yet. Anyway it's only a three digit serial with no letter designator. 704. On guard and inside grip. That's all I got.

Got this Steyr at an estate sale. Appears to be an older Steyr .22 sporterized trainer. Magazine fed, has dovetail on barrel, and Steyr markings, shoots flawlessly. Have not found one like it yet and any help to ID and possible value would be appreciated..BZ

Hi. I have a magazine that's the size and shape of an Astra 3000 late model mag in 7.65 (3.4") but it has six staggered holes on its sides rather than the standard look. After asking about it here I found a factory mag and can confirm that the black one is indeed an Astra 3000 late model mag...

Hi everyone, I have a rifle that has been in my family for decades. It was found inside of a wall of an old building in the north east United States. It is in very poor condition, I am really just interested in any information someone may have. I suspect there is no monetary value but the...

Hello, I am uploading a few pictures of a revolver that was given to us. It is quite small; so much so that it almost looks like a toy. We would like some help identifying it. I am a quilter, so I used a 4.5 inch quilting ruler as a size reference guide. From what we have found online, we...
