Any competent machine shop should be able to perform that task. If you have a gunsmith in the area, I would check with him first.

Doing it yourself isn't that hard. You will just need to buy the appropriate die and a centering guide. Use plenty of oil and take it slow, backing it off after every quarter turn or so. You can buy the dies from Mississippi Auto Arms.
