1740 -1800 potsdam musket

I am having a hard time with the markings. I have narrowed it to 1740-1800. I am asking everyone for any info or a direction to go in would be awesome. thanks in advance.

    Please post an overall view of the musket along with a barrel measurement.

    All I can tell you is the crossed scepters appear to be British proof marks. Kinda hard to tell from snippet pictures.
