So Saturday I went out to 3 LGS looking for a holster for my new Sig 1911
I really liked the Galco Combat Master but I couldn't find a single holster that I wanted
    OWB, full leather, right hand.

I did find these 1791 Holsters there , they had some for Glocks but no 1911

I looked into them and found the reviews good so I bought one instead of the Galco
I got the 1911 Belt Hoster and it is very high quality. 100% American steerhide

I just could not be more happy with it, the fit, look and feel of it and by gosh it just looks sexy with my new 1911!!

@dbcooper its great to see you like your 1791gunleather holster. We strive to make the best holsters and always use the best quality leather. We have a ton of products for a wide range of guns - check them out on our site. Reach out if you ever need anything and do enjoy that fine holster of yours. By the way, some of the guys here (me included) like that holster once is nice and broken in, it just fits like a glove and the color settles in. Enjoy! Alex1791

As a man I was not allowed to project or show emotions or describe items that moved me with a lot of passion with that in mind I'll just say its....awright. But as an armed man I can say whatever I want. Great gun and great leather.

That is beautiful combo and VERY fine looking leather. Appears to be extremely well made. You should be mighty proud to wear both.

I wonder if they would make an IWB for my H&K P7 M13, lol. They would be the first (and only).

I'd like to give them a look for my SD40VE. That'd be a great way to carry!

That looks very good. Congrats on a couple of great purchases...your 1911 and the holster to carry it in. Looks like it will last quite a while.
