I was hoping that someone might have a good recipe for the Hornady Interbond 154 grn in 280. I will be shooting it in a stainless Ruger M77II sporter . Thanks.

My best advice to you is, check the reloading manuals, start low and work up. Look for best accuracy out of your gun and any signs of overpressure.

Anyone elses load has no bearing on what your rifle will do.

Not against rules per se. It happens. I just merged the 2 together.

I don't load for the .280, but with it's similarities to the .270 I would suggest trying H4831, RL-19, or RL-22 for powders.
H4831 and RL-22 are my favorites for 150gr in the .270 (which specs out almost identical ballistics-wise to the 154gr in the .280).
I suspect you would get good results with either powder...both of which are on the Hornady manual pages that rcairflr posted up for ya.
