I loaded some 7mm Mag.loads that shot great, the bolt lifted fine, but it was tough to pull the Bolt back to eject the spent casing,i dont think it's pressure issue, but i guess it could be,i did notice some scratches on and in front of the Belt, any ideas?

Lower you powder charge & see if the problem goes away. Shoulder bump is where the FL die is adjusted to only push the shoulder back a small amount. This lets the cartridge headspace on the shoulder. When setting the FL die, there will be a tiny gap between the shell holder & FL die. Set with a feeler gauge, the gap can be as small as .002" or as larger as .008" Die is adjusted so the FL sized empty brass will chamber. Or you can use a tool. http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/lid=12897/GunTechdetail/Gauging_Success___Minimum_Headspace_and_Maximum_COL
