I have a new barreled ruger action in 7MM08. I have gotten some 100 gr HP Sierra flat base bullets that I want to work up loads for 500 to 600 yard prairie dog shooting this summer.

I have tried some base loads to fire-form some new Lapua brass and the best so far with an MOA at 100 yds is the H335. I used 39 gr to form the cases and am very pleasantly surprised at the accuracy without working the brass at all.

Does anyone load the 100 gr bullets and if so what have you found for a good starting load or accuracy load for this caliber?

Thanks and Happy New Year
