You can use the Hornady 154gr RN (Cat#2835) in the 7-30Waters in a tubular mag rifle.
It is pretty long so you might have feeding issues due to excessive cartridge overall length (COAL). You'll have to try it in your rifle. It worked fine for us in a Winchester 94AE several years ago.
I'm pretty sure the Hornady 175gr RN would be way too long to feed properly. We've never tried it though.

Hodgdon has data for 150gr in the 7-30 on their website.

This will work for the Hornady 154gr.
Use the crimping cannelure when setting your COAL. The crimp is important since I'm assuming you've got a tube magazine rifle.
The data they have for H4895 and 150gr is right in the same range that we used (I think we found our data in the Lyman manual but I don't remember anymore).
