I'm looking for a replacement trigger for a Ruger M77Mark II left handed rifle.
I've seen the Timney will it fit a lefty?

No sir, it will not. The RH and LH triggers do not interchange.

Moyers makes an adjustable trigger for the Lefty Mk II, available from Brownells (item #577-100-771).
