Hey folks,
I picked this up with a grouping of other militaria that came back with the Vet from WW2.
The action looks like a martini style. As you can see it is missing the front and rear site.
The barrel was full of cosmoline and when I got most of it out the rifling was very nice.
Two triggers.. Once cocked the 1st one is very hard to pull but finally releases.. the 2nd one doesnt do anything.
I think this is Schutzen rifle (single shot) but unk caliber so Id love to know more.
It has some stamps.. but no words anywhere.
It is Beastly HEAVY... looks like a 10 sided bull barrel
Any comment on what it is an Value would be great.. Im more a WW2 collector
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Cheers D
