An Odd German rifle with Martini action?

At one time it may well have been someone's pride and joy, but the condition has deteriorated to point where it far from it's original glory. It looks reblued as it most likely was color case hardened when new. The thing is these guns are sort of a one of a kind thing so restoring them is a bit of a pain as universal parts just don't exist. 500 would be a good price for the gun but it may take a while to sell. There are plenty of these guns to go around and much much better examples are easy to find. I do believe many vets brought them back because they were fancy beyond anything they could ever afford to buy.
