Just took this in along with 4 other revolvers & 1 pistol for cleanup, fix, repair, etc. This one & all the others are all rust, pitted, etc. & I was told that they were all in a flooded basement for some time. I'm no expert on pepperboxes but I think it may be a Remington? It looks to be .22 caliber. 5 shot bbl. No name or markings on the outside & I'll have to get it apart to find any markings inside. Barrel is rusted shut but it looks like I may be able to get it to move. I did take a bit of the rust off one side of it. Pics enclosed. Any info will be much appreciated.

Looks llike a Remington Elliot, 1866 to 1888
Yes Rjay, I looked up a few Remington Elliots & I'm 99% sure thats what it is. Only thing different I noticed is that all the ones I found were 6 shot & this one is 5 shot. Maybe a rare one? I did see prices listed for these between $650.00 & $1250.00. Thanks for your input.
