Anyone have a proven load (reliable expansion) for 9mm Speer GDHP 124gr bullet in 3.1" barrel?

Whatever some else has, your chamber, etc may not shoot it as well or it may like it great. Here is a Speer reference if you don't have that manual.

I've been using CFE Pistol, Unique and Universal with 124 Gold Dots lately. Usually try for 1,150 -1,200 fps

FWIW; I don't quote my powder charges and I ignore any powder charges I see on any forum or hear at the range, or from any good intended friend, gun counter clerk, of gun shop guru...
