ARMSCOR .22 LR Hollow Points

So I bought a new Sig 1911 in .22 LR and Cabelas was totally out of ammo. I went online and ordered a brick for $47. 5 week backorder. I decided to check a gun store in my hometown and to my surprise there were shelves of eveything. He had several kinds of bricks of .22 LR ammo and I was able to still get some 10 round boxes of 7.62 X 54R which are already loaded in stripper clips for $5 per box. Lots of .223 ammo also.

I bought a brick of ARMSCOR Precision .22 LR High Velocity 38 grain hollow point ammo. 500 round brick for $22. Has anyone had experience with this ammo and is it good??

I haven't tried Armscor (same gun) but I'd also be interested in it's performance. Should be fine, but ya never know till ya try it. Kinda like a blind date. ;)

I hope to try it out on Saturday if the temps get above 10 degrees LOL. I want to try out the Sig for the first time.
Last week end I went to Wal mart,Basspro and two or three other places and could not find ANY .22. I went to local farm store and found some Yellowjackets at $4.99 a box and got five boxes because it's the only ones I have seen. I don't know when things will calm down in NY.
Although I find 40gr works best [GSG 1911-same gun]
the Armscor works fine.
Ballistics Information:
Muzzle Velocity: 1260 fps
Muzzle Energy: 127 ft. lbs.

If you truly wish performance from your gun,
check out Chet....
