Can I please get some pointers on reassembling the magazine from my Walther PPK? I have not had this hard of a time with my other pistols. That spring is deadly!! There is that little clip inside the butt that doesn't want to stay put while I push in the spring and try to slide the bottom in place.

I am confused. By clip do you mean the retaining plate, with a bump on it?

I thought hold the mag upside down, on a table, drop in follower, slide in spring, push down with thumb and plate on top so plate is a little below the mag body edge and slide base on.

Okay, I feel stupid. I was trying to place the retaining clip on butt and then try to slide it on. You wouldn't think I've actually done this before huh? Thanks, TranterUK.:)

    Your welcome. :)

I get the occasional 'senior moment' myself, most days.
