I like rem oil for the external surfaces of firearms, but for moving parts and bore surfaces m-pro 7 is absolutely unbeatable...

I have been using BreakFree CLP since 1980, and really like it a lot. Then, one day last year, I read about EEZOX on the net and ordered a quart. I am really pleased with EEZOX and will never be without it. The difference is BreakFree goes on wet and leaves a "wet" film on the metal. EEZOX goes on wet just like BreakFree, then the carrier evaporates leaving a totally dry film on the metal. I also bought the EEZOX Knife Care and the EEZOX Cycle Chain Lube to try. They are also fine. We have a lot of trails with coal dirt around here that gets kicked up onto a chain that is lubed with a wet lube. Since the EEZOX is totally dry, the dirt just falls right back off the chain. When I run out of any EEZOX, I am going to order it by the gallon. I still like BreakFree for internals like slide rails and cleaning off cosmoline.

I thought it was a gimic....but after applying to the exterior of all my guns, I am a believer.....you cannot leave finger prints, it will not rust...this stuff is awsome!
