Thanks for the invite to check out this little piece of cyberspace. You guys have done a good job of keeping this place a secret. I already really like this place and promise to keep checking in routinely, when I am not on the road. A little about me, I am active duty Army and part time 1911smith. Decided to make a website about 1911smithing to show others what I taught myself. Hope everybody enjoys it and let me know if you would like to see another topic covered I missed.

Blindhogg, Welcome to the board. I was at your site earlier today and really did enjoy it. I have a 1911 project started and I find your just what I need to answer so many of the questions I have about what to do next.

Spend as much time as you can here. This is a great bunch and are more than willing to help each other.

PS Sam, I did notice the quality work also.
