Hello my friends, my name is Ricardo, I'm from Brazil and besides being a weekend shooter, I also work identifying the guns of the museum of the "Policia Militar do Estado de Minas Gerais" (our military police). I also have a firearms themed blog called Firearms Brasil, where I write articles in portuguese about new and old guns, gun politics, home defense, hunt, and any other subject linked to guns.

I've got friends who are Christian Missionaries in Brazil and from what I hear, everyone there needs a firearm for protection. Violent crime is bad there, almost as bad as Chicago!
