A few years ago, while scuba diving off the coast of Puerto Rico, I found this barrel. It has the markings of "ELG" and "TF" etched. I believe it to be made of bronze. A single shot, muzzle-loaded and used a percussion type of cap. Any information and/or believed-valued is greatly appreciated. My e-mail is [email protected]. Thank you. John

Firpo is correct, Belgian. It's value is as an artifact, not a firearm. You, being a diver, might have a better idea of that than a bunch of gun cranks.
