A visit to my daughter's house and my favorite local gun store near her revealed to me for the first time a Browning 1911-22. When I saw the first article on the gun I wanted one but I wanted to see and touch it first. Well, they had two regular ones and a Compact one (I'm not in to compact guns). The 1911-22 grabbed me and forced me to buy it and the last spare magazine they had. So I am now waiting out the 10 day waiting period for CA.
Now for the questions:
Is there anything I should know about this gun, negative or positive?
What ammo does yours like? Standard Velocity or High Velocity? Will it even cycle with CCI SV ammo? How well does it shoot Federal Bulk or CCI Mini-Mag?
