    They pulled this crap back in the '70s and early '80s. You had to sign stuff and show I.D. It really was a waste of time and money. In a state that's broke, why bother with a bill like this? It does nothing to stop crime. Again, the only people that will be affected by this law are law abiding citizens, not criminals. TJ

    Exactly, the criminals are the true constituents of the Legislature. Law abiding citizens are the prey of the criminals and the Legislators. Only you the law abiding citizens have what these two groups want which they won't do the work to acquire.
