Hello

I have been shooting 6.5 Grendel ammo for some time. Recently as I was looking online for ammo, I saw that there is also 6.5 mm .264 which is a clone of 6.5 Grendel. Is that .264 compatible with 6.5 Grendel?

Thx

There are several differences between the 264 LBC and the 6.5 Grendel. Everything is in the chamber dimensions. The Grendel has a .300 neck, the LBC is .295. The Grendel has a two step lead and typically a .080 free bore. The 264 LBC has a 1.5* lead and a free bore of around .168 The Grendel uses a bolt with a .136 recess. The 264 LBC can be had with either the .136 or a .125 bolt recess.
