    A Seabee uses a "cherry picker" to hold a panel in place while his steel worker shipmate tightens bolts. They are working on assembling a new 10,000 barrel fuel storage tank for Naval Support Activity, Da Nang. The Seabees belonged to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5. Tanks like these were common at large bases and could be used to store things like water, diesel fuel, or aviation fuel. This was my battalion I was with both tours
