That is our menu. Just the basics.
Great minds think alike!:D:D:D
That's pretty much the menu at our house for any holiday. It's easy and delicious.

Maw & I made a turkey pan size lasagna today. All from scratch. It was awesome today and will be better tomorrow. Won't cook tomorrow. Other than coffee and heating up lasagna.

Our family Christmas dinner (sixteen in attendance) is at a Chinese buffet.

I had Crab legs with lemon butter, salmon, spring roll, dumplings with hot chinese mustard, seafood combination, pepper steak, Broccoli chicken, and finished up on cold dishes of shrimp cocktail, Kim Chi and Sushi with Wasabi.

Everyone enjoyed the heck out of it, Judy didn't have the hassle of preparing the meal, and the bill total was under $200.
The ONLY drawback is: No leftovers!
