Thanks! I was pulling my hair to get that out..of course when you cook 20 pounds of Rib Roast, you can only eat a little of it. One was rare, the other medium well..everyone was stuffed..
We had prime rib tonite also. We cooked in the oven for 1 1/2 hr at 375. Let it stand in the oven, without opening the door, for 3 hours then served it.
My wife and I went over to the local trough (Chinese Buffet) and pigged out at lunch. Today they had all you could eat lobster, crab legs, and shrimp, along with all their other usual stuff. I ate enough at lunch, so that I wasn't even hungry and never did eat supper!
Oh, every time I went to check on getting some Lobster, the only thing there were a few pieces of shell! Oh well - I ate enough of the crab and shrimp!!

to eat breakfast...BRUNCH meant the combo of breakfast and lunch for these
old timers that still have supper once a day and they think brunch is a new
computer word...Chief
