Cleaned rifle therapy

    Sent Son to Uncle and Aunt(my Sis) for Easter, Went home, tore down my Win M100 after shooting this morning with my Son before Flt.
    Thoroughly cleaned it and my mind.
    Excellently calm now.
    2 weeks Vacation starts tomorrow, Lifes good.:cool:

    I like cleaning the guns when I'm stressed too, there is always something about it that soothes me. Hope it's not the fumes from the solvents....

    No but I was checking the scent from Hoppes #9 because of that other thread.
    It is not offensive in the least.
    No funky VOC's (fumes)

    It has actualy been proven that doing what you love to do gives your brain time to relax. So when ever I get stressed I go shoot to be able to come back and clean my gun, or I'll spend time with my family. What ever I feel like doing at the time.
