my first revolver was a Heritage Rough Rider. It had all the class and style of your average dollar store hand grenade. I got rid of it rather fast. Now I have something a bit more serving of pride. J. P. Sauer and Sohn Western Marshall 44 Mag. So far I ran 3 cylinders through it and love it. The first shot surprised me, the trigger is rather light and crisp. I'm using loads I made up for my Henry Golden Boy, they are a bit light for a rifle but nice in a pistol. The recoil is significant yet manageable, rising to about 45°. Accuracy is fair, maybe better nice I really start working with it. All I did was get a feel for it. Soon I will run it out beyond 25, hopefully get decent groups at 100 yards so I can possibly use it for deer. Anyway, here is my first entry into ownership of a real revolver The finish is questionable. I wonder if Goofy can make it a good compliment to my Win94?
