    As far as I ever heard the Sauer & Sohn revolvers had fine reputations. Leave her be and enjoy her the way she is.

    Those are good chooters.

    Load up some Trail Boss and it will be as fun as .22, for all day shooting.

    I did again today. Thinking of loading up some Specials and leave the Magnums for the rifle or deer

    Funny how light those 44 specials are compared to the 44 mags. I can shoot them all day and put big holes in the targets.

    In the early days, the "target" handguns were .44 specials.
    Something about that round is inherently accurate.....as long as you don't try to push it too hard (but the same would go for any caliber).
