I have a single shot rifle I believe. The markings on the barrel say the following:
New York Club Pat Apr 14, 1891 F+D Folson Arms Co NY USA Crescent Fire Arms Co Norwich, Conn Manufacturer

I have also attached some photos. Can anyone provide some background information as well as it's estimated value?

Thanks in advance!
Dennis

Welcome to TFF.

At first glance it looks exactly like a Remington No. 4 boys' rifle, but it has a longer frame than the Remington:

Crescent made a variety of utility grade shotguns, rifles, and revolvers and here's a bit of their history:

There's a collectors' market for the various old boys' rifles, but yours is not in great shape. My value WAG maybe $50-$75.

Here's a 1901 Sears adv. for a shotgun version; is yours rifled or smoothbore?
