1/2 a rack of smoked ribs (left over from Sun.) W/Uncle June's Select NC BBQ Sauce brushed on it during final hour of smoking. (And again just now before nuking them.)
One entire pan/cookie sheet of two packages of Bacon wrapped, Cream Cheese filled Jalapenos in the oven just now. Love those things.

Easy dinner, just getting home from work, without too much fuss. πŸ‘πŸ˜

I smoked two racks of ribs for myself when I got home Sun. Mid-morn. Had them pretty much thawed out on ice in the cooler and had to carry the Smoker in anyway. I thought What The Heck, Let's see if I can improve on yesterday's initial trial run of ribs in the smoker. (Also did four Thick Boneless Chops that turned out Excellent.) The Chops were brushed with Uncle June's Sauce. I give this sauce a double thumbs up, by the way. πŸ‘πŸ‘

The other sauce I used on one rack of ribs, (Sun) was Stubb's Spicy BBQ Sauce. Another double thumbs up recommendation. πŸ‘πŸ‘
