From my research it is much, much more comprehensive. It is also provided up front, not a reimbursement. It tells you to hand them your card and say "I was in fear of my life and I acted accordingly. I am willing to cooperate and file a complaint. I want my lawyer, here is all the info you need." My card has the number for the lawyer. If you have time/can think straight you call them beforehand, if not, you call them ASAP after saying you want a lawyer. They do all the contacting and they provide the retainer.

Here's a link to an analysis of the various plans. I have US Law Shield.

And thats why I went USCCA. It is all up front and they post bail within 24 hrs. It just seems more comprehensive to me.

Absolutely I do. I always either have my S&W Bodyguard 380 in my pocket or one of my 45's or 40's on my belt. My wife use to ask why I always had a pistol on the end table next to me in the living room. These days after seeing home invasions on the news she doesn't ask that question any longer.

Other than having NRA on it, which to some is not a ringing endorsement anymore, I can't see the value of their product compared to USCCA.

They are both actually really close on what they offer. Cg gives you an ins certificate, uscca is insured and you are a member

No I do not see a need to carry in the home, however, there are stragecially placed weapons through out the house. My home is in a small community on a lake and the majority of neighbors are retired, Home in the daytime and have firearms to defend their property.

I always carry my Ruger LCP 380. I also have many other hand guns thru out the house, you just never know. My wife always has hers in her purse, again you never know. Having it on your person everyday is part of getting dressed .
