Do you find a benefit to multiple back straps on a pistol?

    always wanted a glock mod. 17 but the grip was too big for my "average" size hand ( yea, I know what you are thinking but not always true). so the gen 4 came along and I checked one out at lgs with interchangeable backstraps and bingo, perfect fit right out of the box, bought it right on the spot. also have a older mod. 26 for wintertime carry here in mi. (pocket size .380 for summer carry). going to get brave and take that "hump" out of the backstrap one of these days.

    I think they are a good idea that allows more people to use a larger variety of guns.
    Used to be if the grip did not fit, you skipped that gun.

    Downside though; I have had a couple older guns start to get a little loose. I do not like the feel if a grip moving around in my hand
