Don't need no stinkin' Constitution

    It is going to get interesting, folks. If 29 States nullify this law and 32 States nullify the Obominable Health Care travesty, we are going to see some physical activity from the feds.

    The commerce clause has to do with the regulation of interstate commerce. So things having to do with the transfer of firearms affecting commerce are governed primarily by the U.S.; but aspects of gun ownership, possession, and use, are all governed primarily (and preemptively) by the states, which have exclusive control over public health, welfare, safety, and the police power.

    By the way, the commerce clause is within the body of the original document, and was therefore amended along with the rest of the document by the Second and Tenth Amendments.
