Yep saw the video this morning on Fox and Friends. Loved it. The thug kept yelling "he shot my arm he shot my arm"! Well too bad. Maybe next time you go into a store don't bring a AR rifle with you.

One of my Daughter's friends shot some guy trying to get into his house around 2:00 am in the morning. Come to find out, the intruder was drunk, got the wrong house and lost his arm to a
7 mm Mag hunting rifle. Still see him around town at times.

That guy has a weapon and a large capacity magazine in a state where those have been banned. Another shining example of how effective gun laws are in that poohole state.

I wonder why that store owner felt the need to be armed in a state with such strict gun laws. Surely all those laws and restrictions make everyone feel safe, right?? I guess it's a good thing the owner is exceptionally good at jumping through hoops just to exercise his RIGHT to bear arms.

How many cases of murder just for murders sake are we seeing. These cretans walk up behind a stranger and shoot them in the head. Just saw a few weeks back a group of young kids beat an old man to death with traffic cones. No apparent reason has come out.
A person has to be nuts to think they can give these punks what they want and survive. To many times they are shot, stabbed or raped anyway.

My only concern with the video is that it appeared to me that the punk was turning to flee once he saw the shotgun and that some might say there was no longer a threat that justified taking the shot.

Norco isn’t like LA and sadly what Orange County is becoming. They have a red/white/and blue stripe going down the center of Main Street instead of the typical yellow and black. The town is filled with “horse people” and Riverside County laws I’ve heard are friendlier to gun owners (ie 2A) and citizens.

I don't know, he leveled the barrel and fired pretty quick. It sounds like the shot happens just as the idiot begins to turn. I'm no expert, but in the split second all that went down it looks pretty clean to me. TBH, with it being California, I won't be surprised when the store owner ends up in custody after he gets out of the hospital for something stupid like discharging a firearm in public or some nuisance noise law violation.

I’ve it said before many times, that I believe video games such as Grand Theft Auto where committing these types of heinous acts are part of the game, breeds this disregard for human life.

Positive male models are vital, and this marriage redefinition by government law will help to further destroy that.

Games help to desensitize and normalize violence of all kinds. So does pornography.

But the greatest contributor to this perceived increase in violence is shoving God out of society. Without God, there are no moral absolutes. Right is whatever I decide is right and wrong is whatever I decide is wrong and i get to force my standards on you if I'm bigger, stronger, louder, or more bullying than you, or if I can win the sympathy of a majority of the people. Without God, there is no ultimate accountability for my actions so I can do whatever I want to do. Throwing God out opens a pandora's box of trouble that no amount of legislation will ever be able to control. We already know how carefully criminals obey gun control legislation. They will be just as careful to obey other laws.

These punks deserve no second chances. When caught 100% guilty, no question at all they are guilty of committing a felony with a lethal weapon they automatically get death sentence. It’s time to use common sense and quit playing around.
All our civil troubles can be traced to Liberal policy. Back when you could get 20yrs for narcotics possession there was a lot less of it. You never stop anything completely but thing of the soles that saved because of the threat of 20yrs in prison.
Then Liberals turned prisons into day care centers. No more hard labor. No more self sufficient prison systems. Tax payers saddled with all kinds of expenses not to mention Warehousing Murders on Life with no parol.
Todays crime problem is another case of Liberal Social Engineering. The criminals see they have little to fear. The citizen is at the mercy of criminals and activist DAs who will ruin there lives to advance their political agenda.

"The suspect vehicle, which had been reported stolen, was also found at the hospital. Inside the dark-colored BMW SUV authorities found numerous stolen firearms.

Three suspects were taken into custody in the hospital parking lot and were booked for robbery and conspiracy. They are being held on $500,000 bail.
