Factory ported??????????

I am looking at the Witness target/ported for the possiblity
of IDPA use. There is no compensator but there are four
small ports by the front sights. Is this gun legal?

The Supermatch (CDP) and the new EAA Witness Custom 9mm that I just ordered (SSP and ESP) should cover the spread..
