A while back I got about 8000 rounds of the Federal bulk ammo, loose packed in a box of 800 rounds each. They are 40 gr round nose, black lead bullet. So far the have been great to shoot, they have shot perfectly out of all of the rifles I have tried them in, except for the CZ 457/KRG Bravo chassis rifle, they shoot perfectly and are very accurate, but the have a failure to eject rate, that makes the unusable to me. Out of a 10 shot mag, 2-3 of the rounds, fail to eject, and have to be pulled out by hand. The CZ 457 At-One Varmint, shoots them perfectly, no issues. So out of about 18 different rifles, they fail to eject routinely out of one rifle.

they are consistent, accurate and relatively clean, cleaner than Thunderbolts or Golden Bullets, but not as clean as mini-mags. They look identical to a round nose mini-mag, without the copper wash.

I bought some of the same ammo.
One pistol had that problem.

Look at the recoil spring I think it is called.
