I am sure this question has been asked before, but cannot find any info on here about it.

Do I need to obtain an FFL to sell reloads at gun shows? If so, which one do I need and what is the best way to get it?

I am in the process of starting a reloading business, and want to make sure I abide by all the local and national laws concerning this. Some people have told me that I do not need one, and others have said yes I do.

Best as I can see, ITAR is International Trade in Arms Regulations.

International means between different countries.

I'm certainly not a lawyer, but I don't see where it would apply, unless he planned to sell his reloads out of the country.
