1941 Izhevsk. Round jointed 2 piece Finn stock. Russian markings all over the place. Bright, crisp bore.

I havent cleaned it at all.

Nice one. Where did you find it? And how much?

I got it from a fellow forumite. He got it from Samco some months back. I'm "into" it for right around $100.

I hear that they are getting closer to the bottom of the pile, so I doubt the ones they have now are as nice.

The stock on this one IS real nice. It's a little dirty from storage and there looks like cosmoline on the bolt, but everything is in great shape. Even the buttplate is in geat condition. I've seen some that were pretty hagged.

It does appear counterbored, but the rifling looks real nice.
I think the Finns counterbored a lot of Ivan's rifles, as Ivan did not know how to properly use a cleaning rod

It even still had a hang tag. An oily, fragile hang tag.
