I have ever so slowly been trying to get together all the goodies for a Paterson revolver display box . I keep searching in vain for one of those repro 5 spout powder/ball flask for it . I saw one on ebay awhile back but quit bidding when it got past $250 , think it finally went for $300+ . It is one of them things should have bought when going for $100 but thought hey I don't have the revolver yet why buy it . Hind sight 20/20 . So what is that one item you really want but can't find or don't want to pay the prices there going for ? Friend has a old Italian revolver , Bolo or something like that and he has been looking for set of replacement grips past 6 years which he says is like looking for a unicorn !!

About the only thing I want is a replacement stock for my Pedersoli Rolling Block rifle. It looks like, at one time, it had a "patchbox" like thing in the stock. Some idiot either tried to cut one into the stock or used some kind of wood putty to fill in the existing one, then attempted to hide the abomination with a leather sleeve.

It say Pistolet Automatique cal 6.35 "LE TIGRE" fabrication francaise. closest match i could find is a MAB REX or MAB type1 Model A. looks like the exact same gun.

firing pin for my little 25acp. I know there is 4 types for this one but im not exactly sure how to get the pin out to figure out which one i need.
Browning knockoff made pretty much the same by a dozen gun makers in Belgium, France, and Spain. They come apart real easy.

A pair of claw type scope rings for my Brenneke, 98 Mauser in 7 X 64 Brenneke. They're available, all custom and just more than I want to pay. Can't find a scope for it anyway as the scope itself has to be long.

Been thinking about getting a period correct scope for my Winchester 52B, but they cost almost as much as my Rifle.

Thinking about a Light/Laser combo for my 1911 or a new scope for my Remington 770.

Only ONE part/accessory I've wanted for over 15 years: a banded/hooded ramp front sight base for my U.S. Model 1903 Remington. I mangled up/trashed the old Burris/Redfield (?) banded sight when I tried to take it off. The rifle had a nice walnut sporter stock, a Lyman rear peep sight on it when I bought it from a former Gun Club guy who got too old to use it anymore. I built my 'Sniper Rifle' from it by adding an old M1903 C Stock, a modified 1903A3 hand guard, a range finding scope, a GI front sight. Fantastic accuracy as it is, but someday I may put it back to the way I bought it. I don't hunt anymore, but that set up was a dandy hunting rifle. Still have the old Monte Carlo walnut stock and Lyman rear sight for it.

Over the years I've seen one or two front sights that I was looking to replace, but have always been too late to buy them before they sold. BTW - this rifle shoots 1" 5-shot 100 yard groups with M72 Match ammo all day long.

Looks like I may have to build my on primer making machine. Either that or change over to easier to make burdan primers and brass.

Edit after a few mins. of casual research:
Did a little reading and the process is not one a person of my age could do without blowing himself up. Also aquiring the chemicals would require permitting that no individual in this day and time would be very likly to obtain.

One might be able to produce a few caps for a bp rifle by hand with some basic availible materials but anything other than that would be unlikely and not wise per safety and legal requirements. A flint lock rifle would still make more sense.
