Gun Club has revived doing Vintage Military Rifle Matches (1954 and below) after years of not doing them. Have never done one before but always wanted to. I am going to be going in with a Special Grade CMP M1 Garand. I have read the rules and qualifications and understand them. Beyond that, any do's and dont's so I don't stick out like a sore thumb as a first timer in this competition? Not with the M1 Garand, know how to use it.

Our small club has them, easy going, very congenial. Not much to screw up, we have bench and offhand. Some really good shooters tho.
