Sir
Welcome to the forum
1 be gentle with it , no sudden shocks or banging it ok ?
2 if it is a plutonium core it would have a wide yellow band on the paint and a red line 1/3 across the band
that looks blue and red to me ( or whats left of red ) practice round
check here and get a real expert to examine it
if its been wet a long time keep it wet
old stuff can go funny after being wet a while , touchy when it dries ..
