There was something on my facebook about George Moody funeral services. This is not the George Moody on here. It's another person from Al. Sorry about the mix up. I have been driving all night and half asleep when I realized the error. Soo my bad.

Do we send flowers, or donate to the NRA, or what?

I've always wanted to see this in an obituary.

In lieu of flowers, SEND MONEY. FUNERALS IS EXPENSIVE.

Here in my rapidly increasing senior years I must admit to you all how very much
I enjoy your sense and sensitivities ....the variety is astounding of slipping from
expected grieving on an obvious incorrect reporting to humorously soliciting funds for final
expenses if ever needed...I realize you all do your own scripts but your entertain
the 'business' out of me!!! I enjoy it...being married to the same woman for almost
64 years, it doesn't take much to make me giggle as it is scarce to none here on
    the homestead! Chief

The solicitation of large amounts of cash was not for funeral expenses, I need a new gun!!;)

We see that in the local paper quite often, well, not in those words, but "memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray the costs.... or wording similar to that.

Swifty scared the **** out of me this morning with his post on my timeline about George! I immediately got on the phone with Roger to see WTH was going on. I had just seen George post on TFF a few minutes before. He died awfully quick! And word got out real fast!

    It was funny afterwards though.

Mama and I sometimes ponder how much longer we will be here. I tell her I'm going first, she says she is and finally we decided whomever was left will be the loser. That person would have to deal with all crap that goes with the passing of the first one.
With our family history of health/death it's a toss up of whom goes first. I keep telling her I've already out lived all my siblings except my baby sister, she was suprise for our folks and is much younger than I. Well at our age that seems absurd, younger.:)
Anyway, you know the old saying 'What will be, will be":) :
