I own a pre-ban Glock 21 that is in immaculate condition.
2 13 round mags, case.
What's it worth? I'm considering selling it.

Somewhere between $425- $475.

 

Interesting side note here. The term 'pre-ban' does not apply to typical semi-automatic pistols. The term is applicable to magazines, referring to the Crime Bill of 1994 which limits mags to 10 rounds.

Any Glock 21, regadless of when the gun was made, can use pre-1994 magazines legally.
