Earlier this year I bought an action wrench and a barrel vise from WHEELER ENGINEERING.When I went to use the vise Saturday, one of the nuts started running tight. Not sure what caused it to do so but it messed up the nut and the post. Sunday I sent an email asking about replacement parts. I got a response first thing Monday morning stating that part of their web form was messed up and asked if I could respond with the product and pictures of the damaged parts. I just got an email saying that since they don't carry the post, they're sending me a whole new barrel vise at no cost. That's great customer service from a great company!
