Ok like the last post this is one of the 5 guns my grandfather who has severe Alzheimer’s gave me. He can’t remeber anything about them... hopefully I can figure out something about these guns and restore them.

This one is a double barrel shotgun. It is a 20 gauge and has a serial number 2029 P. There is the word Valiant printed on the left side of the stock. Other then that and the pictures I have no other info on the shotgun.

I was unable to go outside and get better pictures as it is raining.

Stolen from another forum but it answers your question. It is for sure a Stevens.

The gun is what is commonly referred to as a "Trade Brand Name" shotgun. A "Trade Brand Name" shotgun is one that was made by a major maker (and before 1940) for and was sold by a wholesaler or retailer who chose the name to go on the gun. Guns with the name VALIANT were made by the Stevens Arms Company of Chicopee Falls, MA (1916 to date) for and were sold by the Spear & Company of Pittsburg, PA
