What is the maximum size shell that can be shot through this? I've been told a 2 3/4" shell. Also there is no serial # stamped, is this typical for this model? I just recently purchased this and would like to know as much as possible? Thanks to whomever responds.....

    Try Numrich/GPC - look at models 348, 349 and 351 for parts.
